GPS Network Time Server RS485

Description

If longer than 10 m cable is needed from GPS Receiver 67 5DC RS232 to NDC Digital Clock, a GPS Network Time Server RS485 must be purchased (see datasheet No. 1: GPS Time Synchronization Options).

GPS Time Receiver 67 5DC RS232 is attached to GPS Network Time Server RS485 box. Standard cable length from the GPS Receiver 67 5DC RS232 can be 5 m or 10 m max. Cable length from the GPS Network Time Server RS485 box to NDC Clock can be very long, up to 100 m. (Default cable length from GPS Network Time Server RS485 box to NDC Clock is 5 m, but can be purchased longer.) GPS Network Time Server RS485 converts RS232 to RS485 communication interface, which can have very long cable.
